Nw Iowa		My guess he isn’t in to much trouble because he really never made anything yet. IRS would have a hard time even proving he made anything. He has probably missed out on way more benefits than it would have cost the US. That said now there is some real money involved, I would see a tax cpa before his mother dies. Just my opinion, but there has to be 100’s of thousands of people in same boat. At this point other than putting him in jail, what they can they do? He probably doesn’t have any accounts with any money in them? If he is in trouble, I bet he could make a pretty cheap deal now?
