This is the first year with the drones. We have not sprayed any acres with the drones yet.
I could tell that before the end of the 2nd paragraph. It will be very interesting to hear your thoughts after you have some real world experience. Please report back this fall. I hope you take the time to do some pattern testing before you get too far along. That expected swath and acres per hour are pretty high. There is a theoretical swath on hard surface and then there is a real and effective swath in an actual crop that's a whole lot less if your concerned with anything having to do with quality work.
What is insurance cost? Who is writing it? Where are you located? What are you going to charge per acre? What are the helicopters charging? |
