Subject: Using lubricant with cold cut saw?

I have been thinking about getting an Evolution 380 cold cut saw. Was wondering if anyone was using a lubricant or water when they were cutting steel? Some of the videos I have seen show blade wax, cutting fluid, oil, water, and even compressed air. The blade speeds seems a little fast for dry cutting but I don't have any experience with these saws. My Makita chop saw is getting old (40 + years) and a cold cut saw looks like a good idea.
