Whats the difference on what the stickers say? Well, Id bet if you dig a deep and big hole there you will find out one way or another..
Just make the call ....811 .. you know what to do before digging or tampering.
It doesn't matter who burred it, its all about who tears it off and messes with it and if it still in service or abandoned.....
