Thumb of Michigan | I have one 12' x 16', three 16' x 16' and one 20' x 16' roll up over head doors, on one building. Two of them (the 12' and 20') actually cross by a couple of feet (the door tracks). I put track extensions on all the doors, so that I'm close to the 20' rafter height with the tracks, This means I have around 19' of clearance everywhere except the two that cross paths, there I have over 18' of clearance. I don't see why you couldn't mount track within inches of rafters, when using door openers that attach to the spring/shafts, like I have.
I wouldn't change anything on a do over. | |
