Subject: RE: Gordon rasp bars?

Mid-Missouri
I would strongly recommend the Gordon products. Everything I have purchased from him has been as advertised. The rotor bars will last a very long time. I have put them in 2 2388's and 1 2588. Still have the original 2388 and they look almost new after maybe 600 sep. hours. Heard a neighbor of mine put maybe 3 or 4 thousand hours on I believe a 1680 or 1688 Gordon bars. Last I remember they were about $75 a piece and replace two original specialty bars. I have been happy with them in corn, beans, wheat and some fescue. I also use cover plates when needed, Kile kit, and airjet chaffer. I would like to try helical concaves or some other updated concaves. Good luck
