Central Iowa | Two brothers next door are retiring. They have over 700 acres. They have watched me and son over the years and have always been great neighbors. That being said they wanted to help a young farmer. They offered it to my son who accepted. Great terms that should allow him to get a good start. So there are people that practice what they preach. They had at least 20/30 people looking to rent it and could have done so for more money but didn't. | |
