West-Central Missouri | I had a petit mal one morning and then a grand mal out of the blue later that afternoon 14 years ago. Was 21 at the time. Then had 3 more grand mal and numerous petit mal over the next 18 months. It took that long to find a prescription (trileptal) to stop them. I would be sure to get enough sleep and drink plenty of water and gatorade. Also I have found it the hardest to take the prescription when I have stomach flu.
I would find a good neurologist. It may take a bit for them to find a prescription that works for you.
