After two knees and a hip myself all I can say is four days in is the worse. Give it time, do the therapy but don't push too hard. It takes time. The biggest challenge is getting the movement back. The strength comes after that and takes a long time. My doctor said a year for a new knee. I felt much better after two. Steve
