just a tish NE of central ND

Im assuming that the IRS office and employees in this office are not at work during the goverment shutdown, because my 2290 forms didnt come back from them yet and I sent them in a fair amount of time ago already.Usually it doesn't take but a week or two and the come in the mail and I go get my farm truck tags renewed.
Is anyone else haveing issues with them/this issue? What are we supposed to do about the tags in the mean time?
