Entry door has that...The length of the blinds is too long so I have to cant them
a little or they hang up on the sides...I took the whole thing apart..broke the seal,
which looks like plumbers putty..There is a magnet on the outside of the control
with the pull chord..It turns the wheel of the blinds inside the glass..Mine got
stuck..I unstuck it, put it back together..Works pretty well now...
