SE South Dakota | I don't have a specific recommendation but I would go across to Progresso, MEX. Reynosa is a little further west in the valley. I think you would not feel as safe in Reynosa as you would in Progresso. Just what I have heard. I haven't been to Reynosa for many years but have be to Progresso many times. Red Snapper, excellent restaurant.
My Dad has went to a dentist in Progresso for years. The dentist lives in Texas, if I have the story right. I could call Dad and ask him who he goes to. I think I have actually met his dentist. Let me know if you want this info.
