SE MN | I honestly think if a different contractor had been used in our area the results would have been much different. RES evidently didn’t know or care that northern Mower county isn’t Oklahoma and the tile repair company did a piss poor job.
I have been working with Xcel and another tiler and both have been very good. Some of the damage can’t be fixed but Xcel has been fair on what they can fix. | |
