central, Il. | Thanks everyone for the responses. The first person I contacted was my neighbor and he had already signed up so I can't pay him. I then contacted someone I know that works at the local FSA office and they told me since I had already been paid they would need to refigure the bushels and set up an account for the money owed back.
Comforting to know I am not the only one that has made this kind of mistake.
