Turned in weight cart records to my insurance lady. Went over it with moisture on the corn on a Thursday afternoon. She does the paperwork and sends it to the ASCS that afternoon and emails me a copy Friday morning. I can't open it, send to my nephew who looks at it Saturday and sees a mistake, 2000 bushel extra beans because she puts in 12000 instead of 10000 for a farm.
Call her Monday morning, she says she will send a correction her fault. Wednesday morning I get a call to come in and repay the money because they already sent us our checks. Sure enough the money was in my bank. Went in the next day and paid them back. No issue at all. Asked if it was in there favor what would happen? She said we can redo human error.
