I'm pretty sure we agree, but I worded it poorly. It works out in the processor's favor to sell sugary brine at the per lb price of turkey.
As for Monsanto, being the first to have a mainstream GMO crop, they are kind of like Kleenex is to tissues. Monsanto really means, "any of those evil corporations."
