Kinda neat to see the fruits of ones labor displayed for others to see .

Now a little soapboxing; I kinda find it ironic that under their label of honest, simple, etc., no hormones, no antibiotics, etc. They also have printed on the label that they have also injected a basting solution that accounts for 9.5% of the bird.

So for every ten pounds of bird you also get a pound of water, sugar, salt, and other flavorings, both natural, and artificial........
