Fruita CO | In the subdivision where we had our first house, the neighbor outside the development told me he saw the contractor come in in the evening & knock out every other stud after the inspector passed the framing in some of the houses. Said he didn't do it to our house because we were coming by every evening after work & looking at it. There were some POS builders here back in the energy boom days...
