south of MplsStPaul | My wife did ancestry several years ago and was satisfied that the information she received was accurate. She knew her sister had given up a daughter for adoption at birth and often wondered what happened to her. This summer we were contacted through DNA search by this daughter that was given up for adoption. The birthmother died a few years after the birth.
My wife is ecstatic with the findings and their is no doubt of the relationship and we have met her and her husband. Her adoptive parents support her quest to learn more about her biological parents . The other side of the coin! My wife's living sister is vehemently opposed to acknowledging her in any way. And that's the way the world turns.
