The last smart phone I bought was from E-Bay. Not the latest but new, but it serves my needs just fine, plus I saved a lot of money. When I received it I just put in my Simm card and was back in business right from my house. But it was a Samsung. We have Verizon and when you travel it's tough to beat their coverage.
