Subject: RE: Cattle Damage-What to Do

Farmington IL
ponderosa - 10/25/2018 12:39

We have talked and he has agreed how much damage.
There was a flood gap involved-on landlords end but was ok till didn't rain and pasture got short
The tree on the fence was from his side
Unless he will let me cut all trees on his side that are within reach of fence how to monitor?
This is the very back corner of a farm mile long
When we had cattle pastured we always took care of all fence
Not sure what Illinois law is now but have met with "fence viewers"(Twp board members) before
They always sided with whoever they were friends with

I didnt read all the responses. If you need a claim turned in then find his insurance agent and you can make a claim without his involvement. Just call around and ask till you find the right agent. They will likely be helpful.
