North Central Illinois | As usual I guess I am the odd man out here. I don't think there is anything inherently wrong about a lottery. It's basically entertainment for those who are equipped to approach it in that manner. In this case it seems pretty obvious that this lacked the moral fiber and will power to handle this from the get go. He almost immediately started flaunting his wealth and throwing money around. Extreme gambling, strip clubs, hookers, and on and on. He handled it about as bad as anyone could. I see no reason why the right person with a strong enough constitution could not handle a windfall like that and use it for the greater good. Would it be hard? Yes, it most definitely would. In fact it would probably be a full time job managing it and keeping track of everything. This guy made no effort. | |
