Number 1 reason we leased this 40. Its miles from home, trespassing was horrible, dang near got in a fight when I was mushroom hunting and caught another gentleman in there that said he had sole permission, said he been hunting it for years but couldn’t name the land owner.
And when you did give permission that person let their buddies in to. Now we say it’s leased and talk to Mr X about it.
