McLeod County, MN | Since I love to grocery shop and my wife hates it I do most of our shopping. The prices for almost EVERYTHING, except dairy is down since around 2014-2015. Remember when a lb of bacon was 8 bucks or when the cattle prices were way up and a ribeye was $12-15 lb, or when eggs shot to the moon? I can buy all kinds of food for less now than a couple years ago. The only one that really sticks in my craw is some of the dairy. Mostly milk and butter. They are overpriced. | |
