Subject: Maybe in the case of Force Majere

Central IL
Could actually become a problem. Most contracts in our company business have a Force Majere clause that allows cancelling or modifying a contract in the case of an "Act of God". Not sure if Trump leveling tariffs is officially considered an "Act of God" but some folks seem to think it is. Which makes me wonder if Hailstorms or Droughts might be considered Force Majere?? Hmmm.
