North Central Illinois | The story about the guy and the yield monitor sounds fishy at best. You don’t spend much time on NAT if you think only the good yields get reported. All year long we hear how horrible the crop is and few people speak up about good crops because they are afraid of being ridiculed. Harvest rolls around and reality sets in yet again. I will admit that I was a little low on this year’s crop at least locally. Even though we had enough rain I just felt like this crop got pushed along way too fast. It appears I was wrong. Lots of big yields locally. Especially beans. | |
