On 9/11 they cancelled 192,000 MT to an "unknown destination" & on 9/13 120,000 MT was sold to a "unknown destination". I'm not sure even a 240,000 MT sale means anything.
Until you see the words, "sold to China, Peoples Republic of" it doesn't count.
