Mid MO | My old bull heards cows. Last spring, could smell the neighbors' bulls to the south and one on the east side. So, he stuck all the girls on top of a wide open hill, next to the waterer. About 1.5 ac, turned it into a hog wallow. Boy, they were hungry!
Had to run him off to move them. He'd try to sneak back and peak over a terrace. He'd see me coming after him and high tail it for the woods. He's gentle and mellow, but herds badly (: never pulled one of his offspring, so that's worth alot. | |
