There is no issue of buying neighbor grain. You can buy landlords and so on they just have to agree that You own it as soon as it is delivered and it is non returnable. So there is no recourse really on You. We purchase landlord grain and have 3 different entities delivering to the same facility. You just have to have rules at the beginning. We pay 5 cents over the elevator shrunk at 1.3 and they can price anytime between Jan- Dec. So they have to price the 2018 crop before Dec. And they can't price the 2019 before Jan. Everyone seems happy. They don't pay storage or drying charge. We get to market our share of the grain better and pick up the carry and freight on their grain. | |
