Subject: First Timer Silage Question

Macomb, IL
Custom chopper came yesterday and put up a 100 ft bag of corn silage for me. They told me to figure 120 ton in the bag. I used GPS (driving borders of what was chopped) to figure acres chopped this morning and came up with 4.2 acres. Comes up to 28.57 Ton per acre. From what I read that sounds high but ?? Yield estimates come up 230-240 bpa on the corn. Is the tonnage in a 100 ft bag correct as they told me? Bag was full as three loader bucket fulls didn’t fit.
