NEMO | In my opinion there are only a few select bulls that are really good out of the program that bred the bull you are considering. That bull ain't one of them.
When that bull sold, there was a lot of hype to 'out sell' someone else's top selling bull. Just because a group of people get together and make a bull bring X amount, doesn't mean it is a great bull. It is a shame the group of buyers(I know or know of most of them) didn't wait for a truly awesome bull to promote the way they have promoted Dynasty as I think it would of been a way more successful venture.
On a side note: Many progressive Black Hereford breeders are trying to cleanse there herds from certain blood as the breed is too closely related to one ranch, and the 'real world' performance may not be what it is cracked up to be. Many of those same progressive breeders have left the ABHA and joined the WBHA.
