central Iowa | Yep, that's an oiler. A friend gave me one that's similar. Put a burlap bag on for a new flap. (they were actually kinda like canvas). Didn't drip out a bit. Torched the thing open and it had some kinda pump deal that operated off the rocking up and down-end to end motion of a cow rubbing under it. All seized up, so threw it in the scrap pile, Maybe yours will work. | |
