There is only one thing I can say , about what not to say to anyone...
THERE IS NO RUSH..
I do not know of how many people sit and complain that they did not fix it in the month or more that we agreed to and I asked them about what they said to the person and they say "THERE IS NO RUSH."
So you can you really blame the person you're dealing with.
