Try to get a owner to return your call. Not that's a joke.
Try leaving him a message that you're not paying your bill until he calls. Worked for me. What he didn't know was that I wasn't paying either way. Wait 10 months for you to do the work so I don't start planting on time and that's a you problem.
You better hope your planter never needs work again. I would have taken it elsewhere after a month.
