NE MO & W IL | Yes there is.....not sure most guys realize it though. If we miss this next forecasted event, I've got corn east of Quincy on timber soil that will be ugly. It's already ugly today if you look at the kernels that are just about to abort. I believe, if we can get a soaker, they may hold, if not, look out. It's just so spotty based on rain events, but even spots with good moisture are getting hurt with these warm nights. Crop is advancing too fast | |
