| That's my issue with it. I'll admit I don't know all that much about it, but I keep rolling numbers around in my head.
The startup kills it, every time. Its not that I "hate" the organic approach. I actually think I would enjoy it. The older I get the more I find myself wanting to be out in my crop. Experimenting, observing, learning. Problem is, right now, EVERY acre needs to pull its weight. 2 or 3 years of beginner organic yields WITHOUT the organic premium and I'd be done.
Pretty good chance I wouldn't be doing ANY farming after that | |
