When was your planting date? How are you doing on GDU's? I bet you will be surprised but your corn probably isn't near as far behind as you think. When it starts tasseling and is super short you will likely adjust your yields lower. In 2015 I was shocked seeing 3-4 ft tall corn tasseled.
