Subject: RE: Correct

S Illinois
Some of the high yield years in IL regarding July and Aug weather.

Year: Temp(low ranking is good) Precip(higher is wetter) Both are out of 123 years.

2004:July 12 71
Aug 5 95

2007:July 23 37
Aug 107 74

2009:July 1 77
Aug 15 74

2014:July 2 43
Aug 60 110

2016:July 74 120
Aug 104 121

2017:July 81 92
Aug 10 19

2004 was the best corn growing year in IL that I have personally seen. The weather is S IL that year was more like something seen by those 300-400 miles further north with lots of clears days.

Edit: If anyone would like to take the time to put this in a more readable format it would be much appreciated. Link for this data: https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/temp-and-precip/us-maps/1/200908?products[...

Currently it feels that IL is trending towards a 2016 type year with the amount of heat and moisture seen.
