I'm sure people love that their kids have to ride bus an hour and a half to the dieing town that is holding on desperately to the few businesses left in town. Small schools that enrollment wise should not be open and are fielding a 6 man football team.
CRP is welfare for landowners and hunters. At least section 8 housing provides a valuable need.
