| IIRC we had rains here but it shut off early like 2011. Just enough to make the crop. Harvest was done early in October. Notable comparison is that you can add a few bushels to the average at that time is not the same as adding 20 bushels to the average at this time. JMO but I don't think after have a near perfect year last year you can have a warmer year this year and get a better crop. Kernel depth was incredible. It takes a long grain fill period to do that. | |
