I'm sitting here avoiding making a decision to go replant beans that were killed 3 weeks ago. 1-2, possibly up to 5" coming on Saturday. I could take 1" maybe, over that they will be under again. These are the decisions that drive a person mad in a wet year, at least a dry year you know there is nothing that can be done.
