Athens, Illinois | Well it looks like you got this year covered, but what about the years coming? If the market stays low your insurance price will be down too. Cash rents are not going down. Input prices will be the same or higher(soybean seeds cost are going to go up), fuel is higher, intestest rates are climbing, cost of machinery and parts are higher. I'm sure I left a few things out. I'm not a doom and gloom guy, but one does need to be aware of what could happen in the future. I would say you better plan for the worst and be proactive about what you can do to survive if the bad times come. | |
