Subject: Soybean exports with China

This year on pace to be 250 million bushel less than last year from 1.3 Billion to 1.05 Billion.

Next year? Expect more of the same, most likely land around 750-800 million or another 250 to 300 million less bushels.

With a 50 bushel yield this year that would put the carryout at 1.2 BILLION BUSHEL(yes beans not corn) and a stocks to use ratio at 31%, the highest since 1968-1969 when the price fell to 2.36 per bushel or 6.00 adjusted for inflation at 3% a year.

That is how we get to 6 dollar beans in the fall of 2019.
