Ok. My question is I have a local auctioneer and realitor that I was thinking of getting a appraisal just to know how much the farm is worth. He lives a couple miles from me so he should know how the local market is. I would say it's a hobby farm . 160 acres. He said 1500.00 to do a appraisal is that about right or is he high?
