Midwest | I'd lock the gate to protect the dog. What's to stop the kid from leaving the gate open and your dog getting run over? At least if the kid climbs the fence he can't let the dog out. The parents need to watch the kids better obviously, maybe they didn't mention the incident to you because nothing really happened and they think they have it under control. Communication could be a key here. | |
