Subject: RE: Going rate for a tooth?

Southern Nevada desert
One time my daughter came out of her room in the morning very dejected, seems she had lost a tooth and this not being the first one she knew just what to do without even telling mom or dad.
No quarters had appeared.
I palmed some change and went in with her to check out this travesty and when I picked up the pillow I slipped them inside the pillowcase, then asked if she had checked inside the pillowcase because "sometimes they end up in there" The look I got when she found them was priceless, I was slick and undetected but that girl has never been a dummy, she played along but clearly was not convinced, that was pretty well the end of the tooth fairy for her, along with the easter bunny and santa clause.....
