Whats the rules? I know you are supposed to stop for people IN the crosswalk, But I see people not even look and start crossing without regards to traffic and expect cars to stop.
When I was in grade school I was going to a friends house that lived in town. I stopped at the highway through town to wait for a car to go by, he just walked right out infront of it. He said pedestrians always have the right of way, my parents taught me to watch out or they will be scraping me off the street with a shovel. I’d say my parents taught me right. |
