I know the feeling with sick kids. Our daughter now 42 yrs old has asthma since she was 3-4 years old, made a lot of late night trips to U OF MO, Columbia. 180 miles.She has LARS (late asthmatic response syndrome) asthma , 4:00 in the afternoon is when she would tighten up with the asthma.
