North of London | It is like redoak says, a lot of promises to spend more and cut taxes AND he is going to do it with a balanced budget by finding 'efficiencies' in running government.
Other parties have tabled budgets on where they would get money and spend it which project deficits.
Read an economists projection on Ford's promises of spend and tax cuts and it projects a greater deficit for the Conservatives than the other parties. He also did not add in a few of Ford's promises like 5 BILLION for subways because 'it was a little iffy if it would happen'
Ford is great with the talk but does not bode well for a good financial picture so I guess he will just pull everything out of his hat like a magician OR run a huge deficit.
