south east Indiana | Not sure i am smarter than they are,maybe more well rounded in knowledge. Really don't think it's intelligence that makes it work on my part. I have come to believe it is time spent building that trust and respect of each other and doing what it takes to enable them to learn and do their job. More often than naught it is me shutting up and listening to them when we are in tough spots.
